The executive team of Interstate Mortgage Service started in the mortgage industry over 20 years ago.  In 1996, Interstate was incorporated in its home State of Arizona.  Beginning as a Father & Son company, it's concern for ethical lending has been the staple of its success.  And, at a time when consumers feel that the industry is not always honest with them, we take pride in doing things the right way.  We are extremely proud to have an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau and excellent complaint record with the regulatory state departments for financing. 

During the boom that occurred since 2000, Interstate originated only 3 Option Arm loans, mostly due to its concern for the client.  We, like Wells Fargo, knew this toxic program had potential to cause major problems in the mortgage lending space.  It is this conservative approach that has kept us on a consistent growth pattern as new borrowers find it refreshing to know someone has their interest in mind.  In 2007, we were proud to add some key executives from Ditech and Chase to our arsenal.  This addition has strengthened our position as a price and service leader even more in current capital markets.
